Spiced Peach Jam
South Carolina is known for peaches, and our Peach trees started bearing fruit in the summer of 2024. We have a very limited amount of jam we made with these lovely farm fresh peaches. We decided to make this jam extra special with a honey bourbon ( the alcohol was cooked out), Tongan vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg to round out this special jam. Each jar is 8 oz.
Ingredients: Peaches, Sugar, bourbon, pectin, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg
