Microgreens
Eating healthy is hard. We get it. Every bite counts. The crisp fresh flavor of microgreens has won us over. Lots of flavor in each bite. What’s better than that? Extra nutrition in every bite. Microgreens can have up to 40 percent more nutrition that their full-size counterparts.
Why microgreens?
Each sprout carries a large number of vitamins and essential nutrients needed for its entire life. When we harvest the sprouts, we gain those nutrients for ourselves. Each sprout is full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, protein. Larger quantities of potassium, phosphorus, manganese, magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium, copper and more. There are many varieties of microgreen sprouts to choose from with different tastes, textures, and colors.
Sustainability
We only source our seeds from a non GMO source. Many seeds are certified organic. We work only with seed suppliers that work to keep the strongest plants growing and strong, as well as using pure techniques in growing the plants to lead to healthier us. We use a growing medium of bamboo and coconut noir soil for healthy sprouts that need no medications, treatments, fertilizers, or pesticides. Our spent soils are used in the gardens on the farm to grow more vegetables, pollinator plants, and more.
