Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped within 5 days of the order placement unless a custom item is ordered that needs to be made. Customer will be notified of any extended delays by the email on file when the order was placed with us. All orders will be shipped with the Unites States Postal Service. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer when shipped. Domestic shipping only. If any issues occur with shipping (broken bottles, missing, etc) please contact us below. Items will be shipped to the address given on the order. If the incorrect address is provided and the product is shipped to the undesired address, the customer is responsible for any additional charges.
Return policy
All returns need to be requested in writing within 30 days of shipping. Items may be requested to be returned to the farm. Refunds will be given on the original payment method only. Refunds will be completed when products are returned. It may take up to 2 weeks for the money to be seen in the customer account. Email will be sent to the customer email on file when the refund has been processed.
