Please note.. The deposit is nonrefundable. Please indicate desired weight. We will try to accommodate this request. We will not know until the day of processing how close we can come to your desired weight. There is a good chance the bird may be heavier. We will do our best. Please note special requests here.

We will be processing all the birds the week of Thanksgiving. Depending on weather, that will be either Monday or Tuesday of that week. The birds will need to be picked up on the farm, that afternoon/evening. We will send text/email updates as the day goes. Bring a cooler for your bird. All birds not picked up, will be forfeited
