Soap Making 101 Choose Honey or Goat Milk Soap!

$0.00

Have you ever read the back of a bar of soap? Look at the ingredients. Do you really want to rub all that over your body? Your skin is your largest body organ, treat it right! We use all natural ingredients in our line of soap. We love using different oils and additives to personalize our soaps. We will have natural products and a few synthetic options as well, because, well, they smell really good.

Ready to try your hand at making your own soap? We use all natural products to make our line of soap. We will show you how we do it, how to personalize it, how to safely use lye, and learn the basics of making trace. Each participant will leave with about a pound of their own soap, 6 bars, to take home and use at a future time. You will also keep the mold. We discuss different types of oils and why we should use them. We will show how different mold for your soap work and how to resolve some common soap making mistakes. It is a fun way to make some crafts that are useable and not just clutter. The goat milk soap is a little more delicate to make..if that is the class you would like, it may take a little extra time. We use our own goat milk in the soap!
