Due to the nature of this garlic, we may send 2 smaller one instead of a larger one to keep the weight of the garlic the same.
We are certified organic on our garlic. We grow them without chemicals, sustainable soil techniques, harvested by hand, and cured on site. Garlic size may differ slightly. The garlic will retain its rustic natural wrapper to help preserve the garlic and the flavor.
Garlic Storage: Keep your garlic in a cool dry location. Avoid direct sunlight and refrigeration. When the garlic is completely dry, storage in a brown paper bag, loosely is also good for keeping garlic.
