Are you looking for a honey that is beyond decadent? This honey is one we have been thinking about for a while. To be honest, the cost of the beans has kept us hesitant to try this blend. After experimenting with some of the beans, we decided it was time to give it a try in the honey. We should have tried this sooner! We hand selected the Grade A vanilla beans from Indonesia. The rich, dark aroma of this particular bean is bold and pronounced with vanilla notes. This particular bean originates from the Papua region, which is the most Easter region of Indonesia, directly above Australia. You will see the vanilla bean in the honey jar, it is longer than the jar is tall in most cases, plump, and full of flavor. These are not the bean you find dried up at the grocery store. These are truly Grade A beans for the best flavor profile available. We have this limited variety of honey available in the beautiful Muth style of jar, cork enclosure, beeswax sealed, with one pound of honey. There are NO extracts or artificial flavors in this honey.
