Goat Yoga on the Farm

$20.00

Date and Time Change! Due to weather, Saturday April 6th 4-5pm.  Yoga, Stretching, Breathing, and Goats?!?…All new baby goats are ready to play and loooove the attention.

Yoga is a stretching, balancing exercise for all ages and all skill levels. Yes, I did say exercise, but it won’t feel like your exercising when you make yourself a toy for the goats to climb on. This is perfect for beginning yoga . These little goats love to visit, jump, and climb on people. Come join us on the farm with Amanda of Twisted Yoga on the farm! She is an experienced yoga instructor and will help guide you to help find your center with some giggles along the way.

Key notes to remember, this is a farm. It can be dirty. Wear clothes you don’t mind being walked on. Don’t bring your best mat. We will be outdoors, on the ground. Bring your favorite water bottle that closes securely, The goats may try to steal it. Plan on taking pictures. Lets face it, goats are cute but mischievous.

We may need to schedule a rain date if the weather is precarious.

The Saturday yoga is geared towards 12 and up. Bring your own beverages and snacks as desired.

Let us know if you have any questions!
