We heard our customers requests. This is our smooth, spreadable, crystallized honey. (Creamed honey has NO cream in it, just honey that has been carefully crystallized in smooth crystals.) This particular one has organic lemon and ginger throughout the jar. Perfect for your tea or days with an itchy throat. Try on some bread or crackers for a fresh, sweet taste.
